Overview

The Heartland-Energetics Joint Venture is uniquely positioned to bring its skills and expertise to bear for its clients through the Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) IT Services/Solutions Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). This joint venture, accessible through this contract, provides unparalleled expertise in the world of health and biomedical-related IT services.

The contract, administered by NIH’s Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC), is a 10-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a $20 billion ceiling available for use by any Federal civilian or Department of Defense agency. The contract’s focus is on health and biomedical-related IT Services, and can be used for acquisitions across a broad base of functional areas.

CIO-SP3’s SDVOSB vetted contract holders, rapid acquisition process, and multiple functional areas make it a contract vehicle of choice for Federal agencies. Using CIO-SP3, the Heartland-Energetics Joint Venture will be able to fully support the needs of federal agencies with a wide range of missions.
